Welcome to the IFA

The International Forfaiting Association (IFA) was founded in 1999 in Zurich, Switzerland, with the primary aim of development and coordination of forfaiting activities between financial and banking institutions on a global scale.

We welcome financial institutions and intermediaries actively engaged in the forfaiting business to apply for membership. Associate membership is recommended for organisations which do not conduct forfaiting transactions, but have a strong link to the forfaiting market and wish to maintain close relations with forfaiters.
