Membership Application Form

To become a member or associate member, an application in writing must be addressed to the Board Membership Committee.  The annual fee for membership is EURO 1,250.  To download a PDF version of the IFA’s membership application form, please click on the link below.  The completed form should then be forwarded by registered mail to:
