Legal Advice

The Legal Advisory Committee was set up in 2004 at the initiative of the Board. Its function is to examine matters of a legal nature that are relevant to the forfaiting market. However neither the IFA nor The Legal Advisory Committee are qualified to provide members or non-members with legal advice.
